Manage - Conveniently manage your customers, jobsites, companies, users, and services provided. Quickly sort and search all fields related to each. View, edit, and update at the click of a button.
Service Tickets - Your ticket list table is color coded to easily see scheduled tickets, completed tickets, not scheduled, and in progress tickets. All will show date or time currently on a ticket.
Ticket Details - Easy to read layout with start/end times and total time on the job at the top. Reference repair work done and all important information regarding the ticket.
Jobsite History - Once onsite, a technician can review previous service tickets related to the current job. Allowing less time on the phone and more time fixing the problem. Admins can review jobsites to quickly see trends to upsell customers on maintenance packages!
Time Reports - Admins can look up weekly reports on time spent on service calls for each techncian. Choose a start date and end date to filter tickets and view the times for each. Sort by tech, date, or time spent onsite. ** More reports are being developed to better serve the admins.
